I'm not sure why, but last night I had the sudden urge to watch "My So Called Life". Although I was too young to be watching it - my mom left me alone with MTV a little too much. Amazingly enough, it's how I learned to speak English when I was a baby! YEP! From MTV, lol. And I also credit the channel for my insane obsession with my queen, Madonna.
Anyway - what I adored about the show (besides the obviously DREAMY Jordan Catalano aka Jared Leto) - was the sick ensembles! It is noooo secret that I love me some grunge era!! I also lalalavedddd Claire Danes perfect red hair. Everyone, I mean EVERYONE, wishes they could pull off that red hair. And if you know someone who says otherwise - they are LYING! :)

LESIGH. Back to reality. I love a good combat boot as much as the next person. Well maybe a little MORE then the next person. My point being: Combat boots are ESSENTIAL when pulling off this vintage/grunge look. Rayanne, Angelas BFF, was more of the fashionista risk-taker with her outfits. She was HUGE on feathers in her hair. Now we all know where the trend came from! Feminine/masculine looks are one of my all time faves. Girly dresses and tough accessories are a must in my life.
I cannot waittttt for the fall! Booties tights and dresses galore!
